The operating model

Good opportunities need good operating discipline.

AgMan is the layer between an opportunity and the daily work required to run it. We bring the coordination, controls and reporting together before a claim is made.

Livestock settlement & proceeds model

From finance to reconciliation.
Every step documented.

The livestock settlement and proceeds model traces each stage of a finishing cohort, from proposed finance through to controlled proceeds reconciliation. No stage is presented as confirmed until the underlying documentation is executed.

AWN does not hold money in trust. StockCo has not approved funding. Jim\u2019s Feedlot is not contracted. No buyer, including Ross Neale, is confirmed unless supported by executed documents.
01

StockCo livestock finance

Proposed livestock finance and security arrangement, subject to formal facility terms.

02

AWN-coordinated settlement

AWN coordinates settlement so payment, livestock records and the agreed payment process are reconciled.

03

Farmer payment & livestock delivery

Payment and delivery occur under agreed purchase, title and livestock-record terms.

04

Jim’s Feedlot

Livestock are placed into the agreed feeding program.

05

Feed & transport

Operating costs are recorded by cohort, including fortnightly feed, transport, welfare and handling.

06

Kill floor & sale

Processing and disposal/export arrangements occur only under confirmed terms.

07

AWN-controlled proceeds reconciliation

Sale proceeds are reconciled through the agreed controlled process.

08

Payment waterfall

StockCo obligations, operating costs, working-capital repayment and any remaining margin are reconciled in the approved order.

What is being assessed

Separate opportunities.
Clear stages.

We do not blend livestock working capital with property acquisition capital. Each opportunity has its own evidence, risks and access path.

PHASE 01

Livestock Working Capital Program

Governance & reporting

Evidence is part of the operation.

Named roles, controlled payments and exception reporting are not an extra layer. They are how a rural operating model earns trust.

01

Named roles

Delegated authority and clear accountability

02

Payment controls

Controlled process and reconciliation points

03

Weekly reporting

Cohort-level records and operating updates

04

Risk escalation

Exceptions raised early, not hidden late

05

Welfare & compliance

Controls across livestock and logistics

06

Conflict disclosure

Related-party and commercial transparency
